- The four linear motion axes of the machine tool are:
- Lateral movement of the column (X-axis);

MAIN TRANSMISSION: The main transmission of the machine tool is driven by SIEMENS AC spindle motor, and by mechanical transmission, it can obtain 2 ~ 1200r/min stepless speed regulation range to meet the processing requirements of different processes.
The main transmission adopts three-speed hydraulic transmission, with wide transmission range, high spindle speed and large output torque; In order to ensure the rotation accuracy of the spindle and the stability and reliability of the rotation accuracy, the machine also adopts a special constant temperature oil circulation cooling method to force cooling of the spindle shafting to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle system.
LINEAR FEED MECHANISM: through the high speed ratio precision gear reduction box, the gear engages with the rack to achieve linear X-axis movement and effectively eliminate reverse clearance; The rack is a grinding hard tooth surface helical rack to ensure X axis accuracy.
LUBRICATION: the main shaft bearing of the machine tool is lubricated with imported oil; The transmission gear and bearing of the headstock are lubricated with oil. Guide rail, ball screw nut pair are all lubricated by timing and quantitative automatic lubrication pump, the lubrication effect is stable and reliable.
